The Phoebes Band is a fast-rising Triangle act known for their electrifying mix of rock and blues, featuring soulful vocals, powerful guitar work, and a high-energy rhythm section.
Formed in 2021, they quickly gained recognition after blues artist Christone ‘Kingfish’ Ingram shared their cover of “Hey Joe.” Since then, they’ve performed at major events like the Carolina Blues Festival and built a reputation as a must-see live band.

I had the French dip sandwich (not on the menu yet) and my boyfriend had the build your own Mac bowl (he added pork but they accidentally gave him steak). Everything was delicious!!!
The dueling piano show was a blast! The musicians are very talented and also very funny, quite a hoot! Both cocktails I had were good (blueberry bulleit and cucumber dream) and the food was good as well. Service was very attentive and everything came out quickly!
I recently stumbled upon the Back Then Bar and Grill and I have to say, it is definitely a hidden gem. This place has it all - from a variety of games like billiards and corn hole games, to multiple TVs to watch your favorite sports team, and not to mention, the delicious food and drinks...
What a great place. We went early (4pm), so there were not a lot of people there. Which was great. The place is really cool. Huge TVs everywhere. There's a large stage that I read they have live music on the weekends. We want to come back and give that a try...
